At WinInvest, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your ring, our Return Policy provides clear instructions on how to return or exchange your items.

  1. Return Eligibility
    You may return any unworn and undamaged rings within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Custom-engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.

  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wininvest.click to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide you with the return shipping instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

  3. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

  4. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item, we will process your request upon receiving the returned item. If the replacement is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the replacement is of a lower value, we will issue a partial refund.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
